Making Raw Chocolates

I love making these chocolates. Only natural ingredients are used, including natural sugar from fruits. They are not cooked, and there is no butter..

Once you taste these, it’s pretty much impossible to go back to eating 'non-natural' chocolates—unless you’re at high-end pastry places or Michelin-starred restaurants.

Recipe:

  • 6 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons of 100% cacao powder
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons of raw blue agave
  • A tiny pinch of pink salt
  • Mix everything in a bowl, then pour the resulting liquid into a mold
  • Put the mold in the frieezer for 30 minutes

I take the chocolates out of the freezer just before serving them, as they melt very quickly because of the coconut oil.
